1888The Yosemite Club is chartered: California's oldest chartered private social club, founded by the people building Stockton who wanted a room to finish the day in.
A century upstairsFor over a hundred years the club kept its quarters atop the Bank of Stockton — floors VI, VII, and VIII — through booms, busts, two wars, and every version of the city below.
2010The club closed. The rooms stayed.
NowDowntown Stockton is coming back, and the club is coming back with it — on the original floors, under the original name.
2027The doors reopen. The founding class will be the first through them.
